Course Objective:
The purpose of this qualification is to provide a framework for learners to develop competencies that will enable them to become competent junior managers (Team leaders, Supervisors, First Line Managers), and to respond to the challenges of the economic environment and managing people in the changing world of work.
On achieving this qualification, learners will be able to:
